30-Day Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return any unused item in the original packaging purchased directly from our website for a prompt refund within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing slip. Ship to: Kaffi Trading Company, P.O. Box 1783, Keller TX 76244.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Coffee purchased from one of our partners should be returned to the distributor you purchased from. Distributor's return policies apply.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Special order items or modified items are non-refundable. Returns shipped COD will not be accepted.
Returning from a Retailer or GPC Dealer
If you bought a Kaffi Trading product from one of our retailers, you will need to contact them for their Return Procedures and Policies.
